OM-BOT DELAY version 1

This is my first Schematic I've ever published. I've been trying to build this Pt2399 delay for a long time since I started to build circuits. This one is based off a few other established designs on the internet. I stole and borrowed values in order to get the simplest version of the circuit. Fell free to build it it does work.
